I have been working in the Health and Fitness industry since 1995 and I can customize a workout program specifically to help you reach your wellness goals. I have a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and hold national certifications through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and RTS (Resistance Training Specialist).
I use a variety of training models and include body, mind, spirit principals in creating a program that is unique to you, based on your goals. We can train in a location that is convenient for you, your home, outdoors, or at a gym.
As we work together, we will discuss lifestyle issues that will keep you on track. My role as a trainer is to educate, challenge and encourage you to achieve your goals.
